Summary

Add concurrent fresh-start and start-plus-stop throughput measurements to the existing snapshot benchmark.

Measurement

Each sample uses separate sandboxes and reports completed operations per second. Image setup is excluded; failed operations fail the sample.

Validation

Compilation, relevant checks, and real KVM runs at concurrency 2, 6, and 12 passed.
