Describe your feature request

Mooncake Store currently lacks dedicated client-side metrics for NoF I/O. Existing transfer metrics do not directly reflect completed SPDK I/O and NoF errors, making it difficult to monitor NoF bandwidth, IOPS, and failures.

Add metrics that separately track reads and writes:

  • Bytes and I/O counts from successful completions.
  • Error counts covering submission and completion failures.

Aggregate these counters per client across all NoF segments and expose them through the existing /metrics and /metrics/summary endpoints.
