Could you check Mooncake is installed correctly, or if there are multiple python environments? Another way is installing via pip install mooncake_transfer_engine directly.

Thank you, this problem has been solved. The reason is that I am a user. After installing through local build, the owen in the mookcake directory is root, which is caused by lack of permissions. The problem was fixed after using chmod
