Problem

The RegisterLocalMemory calls in store_py.cpp were using update_metadata=false, which prevents remote nodes from discovering and accessing registered memory regions in distributed scenarios.

Solution

Set update_metadata=true to ensure metadata service is updated
This enables proper remote memory discovery and RDMA operations
