📄 Description

While building from source, after running make install, users can invoke these scripts more conveniently, for example:

python -m mooncake.http_metadata_server
python -m mooncake.mooncake_store_service

In addition, most of our guides and README files use this form of invocation. This PR ensures that users can follow the guides smoothly, without running into errors such as "No module named mooncake.http_metadata_server".
