📄 Description

Removed most of the intro about Mooncake and SGLang. This doc is meant to help new users quickly deploy and try out Mooncake with sglang in the easiest way possible.

For those who need to tweak configs or dive into more advanced setups, we’ve also included links to the relevant docs for deeper exploration.
