Describe your usage question
When I was using the official vLLM image V21.0 and the mooncake version is 0.3.11.post1, the tent package was not included by default. However, after reading the source code, it seems that the reliability of TENT is stronger compared to traditional TE.

Theortically speaking TENT improves robustness and extensibility, currently we recommend user to perform test runs for a seperate small cluster first.
