I would like to work on this. I will replace the Ubuntu/Debian dependency block with openEuler 24.03 LTS-SP3-compatible DNF package names, verify each package against the official openEuler repositories, keep source-build instructions for dependencies that are not packaged, and run the repository documentation checks before opening a PR.
