## Problem

kt run appends configured advanced.sglang_args directly to the SGLang launch argv with cmd.extend(extra_args).

When users configure this value as a natural command-line string, for example:

kt config set advanced.sglang_args "--log-level warning"

_parse_value() keeps the value as a string. Since Python strings are iterable, cmd.extend(extra_args) expands it into single-character argv entries such as '-', '-', 'l', 'o', ... instead of the intended ['--log-level', 'warning'].

Impact

The configuration appears to save successfully, but the generated launch command is silently malformed. Users may only see the failure later when sglang.launch_server receives the broken argv.

Expected behavior

kt run should normalize configured SGLang args into real argv tokens, or reject unsupported config types with a clear error, before extending the launch command.
