Motivation

For example, the required GLIBCXX_3.4.32 is not available on Ubuntu20.04 and older version, the necessary CPU instruction set(such as AVX2, AVX512, etc) can be seen in the release assets, but all the above OS/CPU requirements are not mentioned in readme.md or installation guide, which means that a guy may follow the uncompleted installation guide, take great effort, and finally see the whole things can not work... very frustrating.
