📄 Description

This PR renames the workload tool to KV Cache Hit Rate Simulator and makes /tools/kv-cache-hit-rate-simulator/ the primary route, while keeping /tools/kv-cache-analyzer/ available as a compatible route with canonical metadata pointing to the new URL.

It also adds a speedup ceiling line to the Ideal Prefill Throughput Speedup chart, updates the Tools page description, refreshes legacy redirects, and adds cross-links between the hit-rate simulator and the KV Cache Size Calculator.
