📄 Description

MooncakeConnector in vllm/distributed/kv_transfer/kv_connector/v1/mooncake/ imports from mooncake.engine, but the package was not included in Docker image builds.

Added mooncake-transfer-engine >= 0.3.8 to requirements/kv_connectors.txt

The package is installed when building Docker images with INSTALL_KV_CONNECTORS=true:

docker build --build-arg INSTALL_KV_CONNECTORS=true -f docker/Dockerfile .
