Hi guys,

I'm trying to build ffmpeg version 3.4.4 in a docker container using node:6-slim image.

However, I'm hitting the following error.
I tried adding --extra-cflags="-I$BUILD_DIR/include -fPIC" without any success.

Any ideas?

What is the architecture of the container?

@vvdaskalov commented on GitHub (Feb 20, 2019):

This was caused by the different behavior of a newer version of gcc .

I am now using " ./configure --prefix="$BUILD_DIR" --bindir="/bin" --enable-static --disable-opencl

when compiling

http://download.videolan.org/pub/x264/snapshots/last_stable_x264.tar.bz2 .

The container was ran on top of ubuntu server 16.04
I will close the issue as this is resolved.
