Problem

At upstream commit 40f73f62b, Albanian is absent from the README editions and website language inventory. Albanian-speaking readers cannot select a Shqip edition.

Expected content

Add Albanian using language code sq, native name Shqip, and left-to-right layout. Provide a translated README and website catalog, with Shqip immediately after Ελληνικά in every README's language navigation.

Supporting evidence

Source inspection of website/locales/languages.json at 40f73f62b shows the inventory ends with el and contains no sq entry. There is no docs/readme/README_sq.md or website/locales/sq/messages.po at that revision.

The proposed implementation uses the existing offline gettext rendering workflow, preserves commands and placeholders, and includes all 1,727 active messages (the DX-Ball formula is now protected literal source rather than a translation unit). Additional context

AI-assisted translation with technical terminology corrections. The author confirms native Albanian verification of the initial translations. Subsequent review-driven wording corrections have not had separately confirmed native-speaker re-review.
