Implement the native Node-API adapter that opens each authority-relevant path component with CreateFileW (FILE_FLAG_OPEN_REPARSE_POINT, FILE_FLAG_BACKUP_SEMANTICS), inspects attributes and reparse tags, and records stable volume/file identity.

Acceptance:

  • Rejects disallowed symlinks, junctions, mount points, and unknown reparse tags.
  • Supports NTFS and explicitly fails closed on unsupported filesystems.
  • Volume identity is canonical 16-hex; file identity is canonical lowercase hex of FILE_ID_INFO.
  • Requested-path mismatches and malformed observations return native_contract_mismatch.

Part of #289.
