Run a real non-admin Windows verifier that proves normal exit, cancellation, timeout, parent-handle close, descendant cleanup, and no unrelated-process termination.

Acceptance:

Descendants and grandchild fixtures remain in the owned Job.
Closing the owner handle terminates associated live processes.
Breakaway attempts fail closed.
Cleanup distinguishes empty, terminated, assignment unavailable, nested-Job conflict, and incomplete settlement.
