Create a committed reactive end-to-end fixture that exercises the scenario algebra across process, filesystem, HTTP, WebSocket, and shim events.

Acceptance:

Fixture validates all/any/sequence trigger composition.
Transition traces are deterministic and reproducible across runs.
Cancellation and truncation are handled explicitly.
