Summary

add target-free MCP startup with explicit open_binary, close_binary, and binary_session lifecycle tools
detect binary formats and loader arguments, preserve the original 39-tool contract, and add guided CLI setup/doctor workflows
harden Hopper bridge request correlation, session switching, concurrent shutdown, call-graph traversal, and bridge address handling
centralize Homebrew discovery and keep partial-server instructions consistent with the exposed tool surface

Verification

python3 -m py_compile bridge/hopper_bridge.py
82 tests across 16 files

Real Hopper verification was not performed because HOPPER_TARGET_PATH was not set.
