Documents architecture and repository guidance for the expanded analysis surface introduced by #79.

Stacked on #79; review after the core PR.

Review guidance

docs/architecture.mermaid shows provider, evidence, process, artifact, and investigation boundaries.
AGENTS.md records the supported 68-tool inventory and verification commands.
Generated TypeDoc HTML is intentionally excluded to keep the OSS diff reviewable.

Verification

npm run format:check
npm run docs:generate remains available for local/generated-site use.
README consistency and all core tests run in #79.

Real Hopper verification was not run because this environment is Linux and Hopper is macOS-only.
