smoke-test published npm CLI and stdio MCP after release
add protected self-hosted macOS workflow for packed-package real-Hopper verification

This also requests the missed roadmap release after earlier non-conventional commits were skipped.

Verification

npm run check

293 tests
packed CLI analysis and 68-tool MCP lifecycle

Real Hopper verification remains a protected manual workflow because it requires a licensed Hopper installation and two local binaries.
