Description

Generate package, SDK, skill, command, and catalog identity from canonical metadata. Doctor and upgrade diagnostics now distinguish stale registrations, stale skills, path shadowing, and unobservable live state. The MCP server and client SDKs are pinned to 2.0.0-beta.4.

This is stack 1 of 3. Live MCP publication lands in the final stack.
