📄 Description

Summary

add inspect_managed_members as the second managed static analysis tool with shared CLI/MCP/direct-analysis contracts
statically inspect PE/CLI metadata members, signatures, method-body CIL hashes, exception regions, call edges, and field-access anchors without loading or executing target assemblies
update source-owned managed PE fixtures, generated product/API/catalog docs, README localizations, MCP prompts, package verifier expectations, and inventory counts to 85 MCP tools / 45 CLI commands / 2 managed tools

Behavior and contract notes

Metadata tokens are reported as build-local coordinates and are bound to the artifact SHA-256 and MVID.
Method bodies include RVA/file offset, tiny/fat body status, CIL and normalized CIL SHA-256, bounded instruction anchors, opcode counts, and typed malformed/limit states.
Decompiled C#, cross-build matching, managed/native composition, and runtime correlation remain future managed-code work.
The static provider still never calls Assembly.Load, resolves CLR dependencies, or executes target code.

Real-provider status

Real Hopper/Ghidra verification was not applicable to this managed static slice.
No proprietary osu!, Notion, Hopper, or Ghidra artifacts are included.
