Summary

add optional application_graph assertions to the operator-local managed app manifest verifier
reuse exact-build selected MethodDef pages to project managed application graph evidence and trace string feature seeds
document the manifest shape and keep verifier output compact: evidence IDs, node-kind summaries, and seed hit counts only

Boundaries

no target execution, assembly load/reflection, or decompiler behavior
no arbitrary method inspection beyond MethodDef tokens already declared by the exact-build manifest
no private source paths or committed private artifacts
