Summary

expose a matching rea-agents executable so npx rea-agents setup opens the packaged setup wizard without requiring @latest
replace the all-detected recommended default with an empty, capability-first picker for MCP access, the shared skill, and the optional Hopper provider
ask which detected agents should receive MCP registration only after MCP access is selected; detection never preselects or authorizes a write
keep discovery compact, preserve the complete MCP catalog, and send only explicitly selected actions to the exact default-No preflight
cover cancellation, empty selection, agent targeting, independent skill selection, accessible prompts, and the packaged PTY path

Real Hopper and Ghidra verification was not run because this change is limited to npm entrypoint packaging, setup interaction, documentation, and packaged PTY coverage.
