Description\n\nAdds a provider-neutral, data-only replay machine for bounded HTTP and WebSocket workflows. It validates finite graphs and guard availability, applies deterministic priority and resource limits, compares JSON canonically, and journals aliases instead of sensitive values.\n\nThis slice is domain-only; process capture, CLI, and MCP wiring remain out of scope.\n\n## Testing Performed\n\n- [x] 20 focused Vitest tests\n- [x]
