Description

Defines the Evidence v2 completion-ledger schema and deterministically generates a checked-in ledger from verifier reports. Pass, fail, unsupported, truncated, and unknown remain distinct; only pass satisfies a claim. Ledger identity excludes local paths and ephemeral verifier run identity.

Generation and documentation checks now detect artifact, scenario, provider, schema, count, deletion, tampering, and stale-skill drift.
