Description

Split the coverage suite across two native Vitest shards and merge their blob reports into the existing required Test (coverage + timing) gate. Missing reports fail closed, and stable artifact names support failed-job reruns.

Documentation-only pull requests now keep the required check names but run only formatting and documentation validation; they skip the full test, package, and Windows lanes. Pushes and code changes retain the complete gates.
