Send Python progress and sanitized exception events over the authenticated socket. Document and verify demo/licensed differences and CI remediation.

Part of #19.

Acceptance:

• Python exceptions reach callers as structured diagnostics.
• CI reports clear UI/license/lifecycle remediation.
