Create typed Hopper API stubs/facade and standalone tests that do not depend on import-time Hopper globals.

Part of #19.

Acceptance:

Bridge logic has standalone facade tests.
Exhaustive tools cannot silently run during analysis.

Completed on current main: now exposes a lazily injected typed Hopper API facade, imports without Hopper globals, and gates exhaustive operations while background analysis is active. proves both acceptance criteria; the focused bridge suite passes.

Closure evidence correction: bridge/hopper_bridge.py exposes a lazily injected typed Hopper API facade, imports without Hopper globals, and gates exhaustive operations while background analysis is active. tests/hopperBridgeFacade.test.ts proves both acceptance criteria; the focused bridge suite passes.
