Summary

Add capture and schema inference for gRPC/Protocol Buffers and JSON-RPC/MessagePack protocols.

Closes #364.

Changes

classifyProtocolFamily: Detects protocol family from content type or path
decodeJsonRpc: Decodes JSON-RPC messages with credential redaction
decodeMessagePack: Decodes MessagePack wire format (map/array type detection)
decodeGrpcFrame: Decodes gRPC 5-byte frame headers (compressed flag + length)
inferMessageSchema: Infers schema hypotheses from repeated messages with confidence scores
Credential redaction: Fields like , , are detected and redacted by default

Verification

npm run typecheck   # passes
npm run lint        # passes
npx vitest run tests/protocolCapture.test.ts  # 17 tests pass

Acceptance criteria

✅ Raw observations, decoded fields, inferred schemas, and hypotheses are separated
✅ Credentials are never persisted by default (redacted on decode)
