Summary

Add execution-free providers for JVM bytecode/JAR/WAR and Python bytecode/wheels/zipapps.

Closes #367.

Changes

Bytecode families: JVM (class, jar, war, ear) and Python (pyc, pyo, whl, zipapp)
Symbol types: class, interface, method, field, function, module, variable
Provenance classification: application, generated, vendored, bundled, standard_library
Artifact detection: Detects family and format from file extensions
Provenance classification: Distinguishes application code from generated, vendored, bundled, and standard library code based on path patterns and symbol names
Analysis summary: Computes total symbols and counts by provenance class

Verification

npm run typecheck   # passes
npx vitest run tests/bytecodeProvider.test.ts  # 9 tests pass

Acceptance criteria

✅ Raw bytecode or IL locations are preserved alongside normalized symbols
✅ Generated, vendored, bundled, and application-owned code are detected
