Description

Keep the low-friction first run as npx rea-agents setup. For recovery and repeated setup, use npx --yes rea-agents@latest setup: the explicit dist-tag selects the currently published release, while current npm already refreshes manifest metadata for npx execution. This removes the redundant --prefer-online policy flag from all translated setup guidance and narrows the conformance assertions to the supported command contract.
