Add safe inventory and extraction readers for additional container families such as IPA, APK, MSIX, and other archive/package formats.

Part of #35.

Acceptance:

• Bundle can be traversed from container to executable, frameworks, resources, JavaScript, source maps, and native addons.
• Extraction prevents path traversal and symlink escape.
