Complete the focused gaps in comparison workflows tracked by browser comparison (#65) and source-to-bundle mapping (#67).

Completed by the runtime reconstruction work merged in PR #433. Browser comparison now covers accessibility, storage, deterministic step alignment and normalization; source-to-bundle mapping provides stable candidate scoring and unchanged/modified/removed/split/merged/duplicated/unknown classifications. The focused browser and source comparison suites pass.
