Standalone (base: main).

pino 9 to 10, @types/node 24 to 26, oxlint 1.73 to 1.87, knip 6.26 to 6.39, turbo 2.10 to 2.11. Narrow engines to 22/24/26 (vitest 5 refuses Node 25). Scope no-var-requires off for Electron CJS hooks/fixtures (new oxlint default flags them).
Remove TypeDoc (closes #643): incompatible with TS 7 at install and runtime, used by nothing in any gate. Drops the dep, docs:api workflow, typedoc.json, CI artifact step, related docs, and updates the conformance test to assert absence.
Replace graphology with a local call-graph adjacency plus BFS: call-path search is the only consumer and graphology-types ships no types entry for TS 7 NodeNext resolution. Deletes both graphology dependencies; behavior covered by the 8 callPath tests.
Remove dead re-exports newly flagged by knip 6.39 (one line touches errors.ts and will fold into #636's deletion on merge).
Note: turbo 2.11 added its managed agent-guidance block to AGENTS.md; kept as instructed.

Verification (Node 24): tsc clean, check:fast clean, knip clean, format clean, docs:check clean, jscpd 2.38%, unit lanes 207 files / 1336 pass, boundary + acceptance 171 files / 867 pass. No real Hopper/Ghidra verification (toolchain-only change).
