Change

Add the official Trendshift weekly TypeScript badge for morluto/rea (repository 82054) to the centered header of the English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Arabic READMEs. Use the provider's embed URL and 250×55 dimensions, with readable morluto/rea | Trendshift alt text.

The image follows Trendshift's recorded best placement automatically. At verification time it displays #18; the current TypeScript daily/weekly live lists show #1, while the badge's recorded achievement remains week 40. This PR adds the official image without a hardcoded rank or a promise about the provider's synchronization time.

Verification

npm run test:focused -- tests/conformance/readmeConsistency.test.ts: 9 tests passed.
npm run docs:check: passed.
Oxfmt check for all five READMEs and git diff --check: passed.
Actual GitHub Markdown rendering API for all five README headers: verified exactly one centered badge, correct repository link/tracking parameters, retained 250×55 dimensions, readable alt text, and the canonical image URL after GitHub image-proxy conversion.
Live official badge request returned HTTP 200 and a valid SVG identifying the TypeScript weekly placement.

Documentation-only change; no real Hopper/Ghidra verification was needed or performed.
