Summary

Expose project_android_application_graph and project_apple_application_graph through contracts, CLI, and MCP.
Projection remains execution-free: authenticated inventory_artifact Evidence in, Android/Apple application inventory Evidence out.
Update Android/Apple docs, README family counts (now 11 after rebasing onto recover_javascript_sources), and catalog attribution.
Fix catalog examples to use producer root occurrence IDs ({ root: root_artifact_id } for logical_path: ".").
