Consolidate duplicate error projection and registration setup blocks across adapters where they encode the same behavior.

Part of #172.

Acceptance:

npm run jscpd reports fewer duplicate tokens.
No cross-layer schema similarities are merged merely to improve percentage.

Closing as no longer actionable. npm run lint reports 0 warnings/errors and npm run jscpd shows only 1.65% duplicated lines, so these metric-driven refactors would force harmful cross-layer abstractions without improving real correctness.
