Summary

Inspector capture now groups script drafts by raw URL and authorizes distinct locations with eight internal workers. It reuses each decision for duplicate URLs and preserves every draft, exclusion, and the existing sorted result. If an authorization fails, workers stop claiming queued locations, finish in-flight work, then propagate the failure.

Validation

Focused Inspector tests: 5 passed, including a 200-location concurrency/coverage regression and failure cleanup.
npm run check:fast passed.
npm run format:check passed across 1,760 files.
Real npm run verify:inspector passed on macOS with Node 24 across eight filename cases; CLI and MCP each returned 82 scripts per case.
Real npm run verify:browser passed on Chrome 154, including CLI/MCP capture, network, module trace, and source-map fixture checks.
Production finalizer profile over the same 1,000 local file URLs, seven paired runs: sequential median 26.45 ms, bounded median 8.69 ms; full JSON outputs were identical.
