📄 Description

Adds a worked DownUnderCTF flag-checker showcase and a dedicated FAQ page. The showcase follows REA results from prompt references to checking functions, compressed masks and equations, then verifies the recovered flag in the original program. It includes an equation figure, selectable assembly-to-C steps, an example agent prompt and a downloadable Python/Z3 solver. The home and showcase index link to the new case.

The FAQ answers 14 questions about setup, updates, analysis, troubleshooting and sharing examples. Answers use native disclosures, copyable commands and on-site guide links. Answer fragments open the relevant disclosure, and the shared navigation includes FAQ on every reading page. Mobile navigation fits its five links at 320px. The website README documents FAQ maintenance.

Validation:

python3 scripts/prepare-website.py and python3 scripts/verify-website.py: 14 HTML pages, 261 local references, SVG XML, the example ZIP and the sole manual Pages publisher.
Formatting, JavaScript syntax and Git whitespace checks passed.
Browser checks at both / and /rea/: answer links, clipboard, showcase steps, downloads, keyboard controls, no-JavaScript disclosures and reduced motion; all pages checked at eight widths from 320px to 1440px.
Real REA 4.1.0 / Ghidra 12.1.4 inspection on Linux x64 established the CTF functions and extracted constants. REA process captures observed the recovered flag accepted with exit 0 and a one-character mutation rejected with exit 255. Provenance and verification scope are recorded in website/evidence/ctf-masked-squares.md.

The existing manual Pages publication workflow is unchanged.
