📄 Description

The real codesign ancestor-directory-swap regression added in #1099 is skipped on Linux and was absent from the macOS job's explicit test selection. Run that test file, its public CLI regressions and the MCP target-binding/reopen cases in the existing native Apple lane so CI actually exercises the platform-specific failure.

This changes only the test selection. The existing runner supplies xcrun/codesign and the existing tests supply their fixtures; no new dependency or production behavior is introduced. Local formatting and pre-push static checks pass. Native results will be checked on this PR's exact CI head before merge.
