Summary

Hi! 👋

I noticed that REA already provides README translations in several languages, but Persian (Farsi) was missing.

I'd like to contribute a complete Persian translation to make REA more accessible to Persian-speaking developers.

Changes

Added README_fa.md with a full Persian translation of the English README.
Preserved the original documentation structure, links, images, tables, and code examples.
Added Persian (فارسی) to the language selector in the main README.md.
Kept technical terms and CLI commands consistent with the original documentation.

Motivation

Persian is spoken by millions of people worldwide, including a growing community of software developers and security researchers.

I hope this contribution helps more Persian-speaking developers discover, understand, and use REA.
