📄 Description

New readers can set up REA, compare manual analysis with a plain-English agent prompt, and try the recovered behavior before opening the detailed case studies.

Explain reverse engineering and each example's goal before the demo. Pair real Calculator instructions with three selectable analyst thought bubbles and a prominent “One prompt.” comparison.
Add a playable dinosaur speed reconstruction, its source and recorded-rule check, plus a guided Notes export investigation.
Publish rea.tools and GitHub Pages through the same manual workflow on main. Both deployments consume the verified Pages archive; the workflow checks that both public commit markers match. Configure CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN and CLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID in repository Actions secrets before the first run.
Record the evidence, figure notes and maintenance guidance alongside the website.

Validation: website preparation/link/SVG/ZIP checks; npm run check:fast; repository formatting; actionlint; Wrangler production dry-run; archive identity and matching/mismatched revision checks. Browser checks cover desktop/mobile, copying, keyboard controls, reduced motion, no-JavaScript reading, /rea/ paths and existing case-study selectors. All 23 displayed Calculator instructions match the saved REA dossier; the original dinosaur speed check matches the reconstruction.
