📄 Description

The long homepage now has a page directory and an opening shortcut for readers who already know reverse engineering. The directory sits in the right gutter on wide screens, becomes a collapsible sticky menu on smaller screens, and highlights the current section. Selecting a section closes the compact menu and focuses the destination.

Add Showcases to the opening actions and remove the four expanded case previews and repeated setup call to action. The dinosaur and Calculator examples stay in the beginner reading path; experienced readers can jump directly to the analysis guides. Document the navigation and reading paths in the website maintenance guide.

Validation:

Website preparation and verification: 16 HTML pages, 316 local references, SVG XML, example ZIP and the sole Pages publisher.
Browser checks at / and /rea/, from 320px to 1920px: section selection, keyboard focus, scroll highlighting, deep links, browser history, resizing, expanded content and native navigation without JavaScript.
Prompt copies, Calculator calculations and dinosaur controls/rule replay passed. Formatting, JavaScript syntax and pre-commit lint checks passed.

Real Hopper/Ghidra verification was not run for this website-only change.

Please use a merge commit to preserve the local checkpoint.
