Summary

Keep the 30,000-star celebration in the existing Star History section across all 17 README languages. Remove the duplicate announcements at the top introduced by #1207.

Change and scope

Update the original milestone from 20,000 to 30,000 and add feature requests to each existing thank-you sentence. Preserve the original wording, punctuation, and localized number formatting around those two edits.

Maintainer-requested follow-up to #1207; no separate issue. Documentation only, with no runtime, CLI/MCP contract, provider, package, or installation behavior changes.

Validation performed

oxfmt --check README*.md — all 17 files passed.
git diff --check — passed.
One-off historical comparison — all 17 files match their pre-#1207 content with the milestone and feature-request edits, plus the later cryptocurrency disclaimer in the English README. Each file contains exactly one celebration, in its original Star History section.
npm run check:fast — passed through the pre-push hook.

Real Hopper/Ghidra verification is not applicable to this documentation change.
