📄 Description

REA 6.2 changes MCP result envelopes and saved-data contracts, but the release proposal currently lists only short breaking-change summaries. Add a 6.1-to-6.2 guide with concrete client reads and safe regeneration steps for Evidence, snapshots, artifact occurrences, process captures, comparison presence/status fields and historical symlinks.

Link it from the MCP result and release guides. Identify all six breaking mainline commits, distinguish cleanup/evaluation behavior from saved-format changes, and preserve original historical files instead of fabricating missing facts or changing Evidence identities by hand. The documented always-bump-minor policy remains explicit.

Validation: npm run docs:check; formatting and diff checks. No runtime/schema change or additional real-provider claim.
