📄 Description

Prepare the 50,000-star celebration in the existing Star History section across all 17 README languages, following #1334.

Only change 40,000 to 50,000, preserving each language’s number formatting, the thank-you sentence, the feature-request acknowledgment, and every other byte. Each file changes one digit in its existing celebration line.

Keep this PR in draft until GitHub reports more than 50,000 stars. A maintainer-authorized task now polls GitHub every 15 minutes. Once exceeded, mark ready, verify the current diff, main README locations, CI and review state, then merge.

Verification: formatting passes for all 17 READMEs; git diff --check passes; byte-for-byte comparison confirms one changed digit per file. Pre-commit formatting and pre-push npm run check:fast are retained. Real-provider verification is not applicable to this documentation-only change.
