Deferred from the silent-catch sweep (#637).

Location: src/ghidra/GhidraRequestQueue.ts:151 — the queue-settlement chain resolves entries to a generic failure, discarding the underlying cause.

Problem: reworking the error value needs contract review: queue consumers may depend on the current generic failure shape. Preserving the cause could mean extending the settlement result type rather than swapping the error.

Ask: provider-owner review of what settlement failures should carry.
