Deferred from the silent-catch sweep (#637).

Location: src/ghidra/GhidraClient.ts:422 — the shutdown-handshake .catch maps any failure to a generic failure value.

Problem: same contract question as #639: the generic mapping may be load-bearing for shutdown sequencing. Changing the error identity needs provider-owner review.

Ask: decide whether shutdown-handshake failures should preserve their cause.
