Deferred from the silent-catch sweep (#637).

Location: src/hopper/HopperTargetLease.ts:38 — realpath failure falls back to resolve. This is fallback-value semantics, not an unhandled rejection, so the sweep left it alone.

Problem: the fallback is silent by design, but nothing documents when realpath is expected to fail versus when fallback masks a real problem.

Ask: document the expected fallback conditions, or log the fallback at debug level.
